Course Cancellation Policy

All courses booked through the website may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the start date of the course free of charge.

Cancellations between 7-14 days prior to the start date of the course will incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start date of the course are non-refundable.

The attendee may be changed prior to the start date of the course at no extra charge. However, the name of the new attendee must be emailed to luke@compressfirstaid.co.uk before hand.
