Our Courses
We offer the following courses. However, if you can't find what you need or if you are interested in a custom course to meet your needs get in contact and we can discuss options. All attendees will receive a certificate which will include a list of everything that was covered on the course. All of our courses are delivered by people with real world medical experience and training.

CPR and AED
The course will cover:
- How to manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally
- How to manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally
- How to safely use an automated external defibrillator
The course will last 4 hours with 2 x 15 minute breaks. All students will receive a comprehensive guide to take away with them and will receive a certificate of attendance.
First Aid Essentials
The course will cover:
- The role and responsibilities of a first aider
- How to assess an incident
- How to manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally
- How to manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally
- How to recognise and assist a casualty who is choking
- How to manage a casualty with external bleeding
- How to manage a casualty who is in shock
- How to manage a casualty with a minor injury
The course will last 5 hours with a 30 minute break. All students will receive a comprehensive guide to take away with them and a certificate of attendance.
First Aid at Work
Our First Aid at Work courses run over 3 days and cover a wide variety of Learner Outcomes.
This is a certified course that covers the content required to meet the standard required by the HSE.
The course is valid for 3 years.
Emergency First Aid at Work
Our Emergency First Aid at Work course is a 1 day course and covers a wide variety of Learner Outcomes.
This is a certified course that covers the content required to meet the standard required by the HSE.
The course is valid for 3 years.
FAAW and EFAW Refreshers
We will be running regular refresher courses for both FAAW and EFAW.
